Campaign Period: October 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026

Bonus Validity Period: Valid from the date of successful participation through November 30, 2026.

Eligibility: New clients who activate an account for the first time during the campaign period and make a deposit of at least $200.

Campaign Bonuses

1. 1. Clients who open an account and deposit at least $200 within 48 hours may claim a 48-Hour Account Activation Bonus Coupon of $15–$200.
2. 2. Clients with activated accounts may receive the First Deposit Bonus and Trading Bonus upon meeting the applicable initial deposit and lot-volume requirements, regardless of whether the initial deposit is made within 48 hours. The total bonus amount is up to $29,800.
3. 3. The 48-Hour Account Activation Bonus does not have a separate trading volume requirement. It can be redeemed once the trading volume requirement for the First Deposit Bonus has been completed. Please note that the Trading Bonus is available only after you claim the First Deposit Bonus Coupon.
4. 4. The bonuses under this campaign are valid through November 30, 2026. You must complete the required trading volume within the bonus validity period to withdraw the corresponding bonus.
5. 5. Within 48 hours after account activation, clients must claim the applicable coupons via the Upway App > [My > Coupon Center]. Within 3 days after claiming the coupons, clients must go to [My Coupons > To Be Used] and tap [Use Now] on the applicable coupons to participate in the bonus campaign and begin accumulating qualifying trading volume. Failure to do so within the specified period will be deemed a voluntary forfeiture of participation.
   
   
6. Example: Mr. Chan registered an account at 02:00 on October 1 and deposited $3,000 at 03:00 on October 1 to activate the account.
7. First, Mr. Chan must claim the following three coupons in the Upway App [Coupon Center]:

9. Coupon 2: $200 First Deposit Bonus Coupon (requires 40 lots of trading volume);

11. Next, Mr. Chan must select [Use Now] for all three Bonus Coupons under [My Coupons > To Be Used] to successfully participate in the campaign. He can view the campaign progress and end date under [In Progress].
12. Finally, if Mr. Chan completes a cumulative trading volume of 2,050 lots by 23:59 on November 30, 2026, he will be eligible to withdraw the total bonus of $4,400.

Details of 48-Hour Account Activation Bonus and First Deposit Bonus:

1. 1. Clients who open an account and deposit at least $200 within 48 hours may claim a 48-Hour Account Activation Bonus Coupon of $15–$ 200.
2. 2. Within 48 hours after activation, clients must claim and use the 48-Hour Account Activation Bonus Coupon. Once the required trading volume for the First Deposit Bonus has been completed, the bonus can be redeemed via [My Coupons] in the Upway App.
3. 3. Regardless of whether the client deposits within 48 hours, a first deposit of at least $200 qualifies the client for a $30–$400 First Deposit Bonus Coupon. The client must complete the corresponding lot requirement before withdrawing the bonus.
4. 4. After the client claims and uses the First Deposit Bonus coupon, the bonus will be credited to the Upway Wallet within 24 hours. In the event of a public holiday, crediting may be postponed to the next business day.
5. 5. If the client withdraws funds before completing the required lots for the First Deposit Bonus during the bonus validity period, or fails to complete the required lots before the bonus expires, the corresponding bonus campaign will be automatically terminated, and the First Deposit Bonus will be deducted. The 48-Hour Account Activation Bonus can no longer be redeemed; however, the client may continue to redeem the Trading Bonus on a proportional basis according to completed lots.
6. 6. The Company reserves the right, after the campaign expires and without further notice, to deduct bonuses corresponding to uncompleted lot requirements in accordance with the campaign rules. Clients should ensure that sufficient available margin remains in the account after any such deduction.
7. 7. If a client needs to make deposits in multiple installments, they should select the installment-deposit option when funding the account or contact customer service for assistance. Installment deposits should be completed as early as possible, and no trading is permitted until the installment deposit process has been completed.

Details of Trading Bonus

1. 1. A first deposit of at least $200 qualifies the client for an additional Trading Bonus of $2 or $4 per lot traded. The higher the deposit amount, the higher the potential Trading Bonus. Trading volume accumulates toward the Trading Bonus, with a maximum Trading Bonus of $29,200.
2. 2. After claiming and using the Trading Bonus Coupon, clients may apply to redeem the bonus in [My Coupons] in the Upway App for every 10 lots traded. The redeemed bonus will be credited to the Upway Wallet within 24 hours.
3. 3. Clients must apply for the Trading Bonus via [My Coupons] in the Upway App by 23:59 on November 30, 2026.
4. 4. After the Trading Bonus Coupon (the coupon issued after trading) expires, clients may still apply to redeem any remaining bonus within 3 days via [My Coupons] in the Upway App. Clients may redeem the remaining bonus in full, with no minimum trading volume requirement. Failure to apply within this period will be deemed a voluntary forfeiture of the bonus, without further notice.
5. 5. During the bonus validity period, if a client has traded fewer than 10 lots but wishes to redeem the bonus early, the client may request early termination from the top-right corner of the Trading Bonus coupon details in My Coupons. Once the request is approved, the bonus campaign will automatically terminate.
6. 6. If a client requests a withdrawal from the trading account during the bonus validity period, the client must first terminate the coupons claimed under the campaign. If the required trading volume has not been completed when the campaign is terminated early, the client will be deemed to have forfeited the bonus.
7. 7. Clients can log in to the Upway App and view detailed information under [My Coupons], including completed trading volume, redeemable bonus amount, remaining time to redeem, remaining lots required, remaining redeemable bonus amount, and campaign end time.
8. 8. During the bonus campaign, even if the trading account is liquidated and shows a negative balance, or losses reduce the remaining funds in the account, the bonus campaign will remain active until the client voluntarily terminates it or the bonus campaign expires.

Important Notes

1. 1. Trading volume is calculated as follows: opening 1 lot and subsequently closing 1 lot counts as 1 lot of trading volume in total.
2. 2. To prevent abuse of the promotional bonus, all hedging orders opened within 15 minutes during the campaign period will not count toward the qualifying trading volume.
3. 3. If a client participates in multiple promotional campaigns at the same time and the account balance is negative or insufficient to cover deductions when a campaign is settled, the system will automatically terminate other ongoing campaigns without further notice. Clients should monitor their positions before the campaign expires to avoid deductions affecting their funds.
4. 4. Each user (same identity ID) is eligible to participate only once. Multiple account activations from the same IP address using identity documents belonging to other individuals for the purpose of obtaining promotional bonuses are prohibited. Any such activity discovered will result in the immediate recovery of the bonus.
5. 5. If Upway Global suspects that a client has abused, attempted to abuse, or otherwise misused the promotion, or suspects the use of internal trading accounts, unauthorized software, or hedging with another broker or individual, Upway Global reserves the right to suspend the client's new trades and require the client to forfeit any promotional funds credited to the account and cancel all transactions.
6. 6. If other promotional campaigns are running concurrently, any other benefits available to the client will be governed by the terms and conditions of those respective campaigns.
7. 7. Clients who have already activated an account are not eligible for this promotion if they close their account and subsequently open a new account. Upway Global employees are also not eligible for this promotion.
8. 8. During participation in the promotion, funds in the trading account, wallet funds, and credit bonuses are calculated together, without separate classification of principal and bonus funds.
9. 9. Upway Global reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion and any related rules and terms at any time, and reserves the right of final interpretation.
