Valued users of UPWAY, thank you for your continuous support and trust in UPWAY. In particular, we would like to remind you of the important information regarding the MT5 platform lock trading rules:

MT5 platform locking prerequisites: need to prepayment ratio> 30%，Same species, opposite direction。

（1）whollyLocked position: number of lots opened = number of lots held

Rules: No need to fulfill the conditions for advance payment (including negative available advance), only the same variety, opposite direction and the same number of lots can be established without additional margin.

Example:

a. Holding a position of 1 lot to buy London gold and then establish 1 lot to sell London gold can be established directly.

b. Holding a position of 1.2 lots of Buy and 0.2 lots of Sell London-Gold orders, and then establish 1 lot of Sell London-Gold, which can be established directly.

（2）Non-full lockout (unequal lockout/partial lockout)：

①Open Lots > Hold Lots

Rules: New position order lot size is larger than the number of lots held, the establishment of a new position needs to be the number of lots corresponding to the required margin.

Example:

a.To take a position of 1 lot to buy London gold and then establish 1.2 lots to sell London gold, you need $1200 margin to establish (available advances ≥ 1200)

b.Holding a position of 1 Buy and 0.5 Sell LLG order, and then creating 1.2 Sell LLG lots would require a margin of $1200 to create (available advances ≥ 1200)

②Number of open positions < number of open positions

Rule: New position order lot size is smaller than the total number of orders already held, no additional margin is required.

Example:

a.Holding a position of 1 lot to buy London gold, and then establish 0.5 lots to sell London gold, can be established directly.

b.Positions of 1 lot to buy London gold and 0.2 lots to sell London gold, and then 0.5 lots to sell London gold can be established directly.

(Note: If the position has a locking order, the number of lots held = total number of lots held - total number of lots hedged)

Please reserve sufficient position levels, fully consider your risk tolerance and make careful decisions before locking positions.
